Sibusiso Mpungose will spend the rest of his life in prison for the murder of his three children and a stepdaughter. The Pietermaritzburg high court has sentenced the Pinetown man to four terms of life imprisonment.
The verdict against the beast that had mercilessly murdered the defenseless angels has been announced in a packed courtroom. The man pleaded guilty to killing his children, Kuhlekonke, 4, Siphesihle, 10, and Khwezi, 6, as well as his stepdaughter Ayakha Jiyane in September.
The three children were found hanged in their Wyebank home by their mother Xolisile, while 17-year-old Ayakha was found in the bushes in New Germany.
