WATCH: Film and Publication board, police destroyed R2mil worth of porno DVDs

The Film and Publication board members along with the police officers have destroyed illegal pornographic DVDs. Their estimated worth exceeded R2 million.

According to the police statement, over 200, 000 DVDs were seized during an operation conducted by the police and the FPB.

“Most of these DVDs contained pornographic material which were sold on the streets and at the taxi ranks and carried the risk of exposing children to harmful content.”

The officers have destroyed the DVDs to prevent the material from getting to the black market’s ‘shelves’.
