A fourth homeless was found killed in Pretoria on Tuesday. The homeless man’s body was found on a pavement at the corner of Justice Mohammed and Troye streets in the morning. The police linked this case of murder to the other three incidents that had happened in the streets in the past few weeks.
As per police Captain Daniel Mavimbela, the authorities are working tirelessly to track down the alleged killers of homeless middle-aged men.
Pretoria police department is conducting an investigation into the cause of death and the motive behind the most recent killing. The initial reports say that all the victims were attacked from the back as they all sustained wounds to the back of the head. The previous victims were found stabbed to death in Muckleneuk.
In order to deter further killings, the authorities urged the homeless people to be extremely vigilant and sleep in groups as the perpetrators are still at large and the threat remains high.
