Young Ones gang leader dead in CT

The alleged leader of the Young Ones gang gunned down at Tygerberg Hospital.

Jonathan “Appels” Hein, a 40-year-old man, was shot in the parking area of the hospital.

This was the second attempt of murdering the gang leader. Two weeks ago he was shot in the neck while driving in Elsies.

The man was shot as he went to the hospital for a check-up.

He was declared dead at the scene.

“At around 11.15am, an adult male from Elsies River was shot and killed in the parking area of Tygerberg Hospital by two suspects who fled th scene. The suspects are yet to be arrested,” said police spokesperson, Lieutenant Colonel André Traut.

The police are investigating the case.
