ANC is going to evaluate its government staff performance every three months

The African National Congress (ANC) in the Eastern Cape states it will create a special unit to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of its government staff every three months. It occured in the provincial party league in East London. The party claims that the unit will be based at the headquarters of the ANC at the house of Calata in the city of King William’s Town.

The party will ensure that all personnel is deployed in the relevant positions and that those who do not perform are removed.

Lulama Ngcukaitobi, the provincial secretary, says: “We have already developed a format that will deal with specific areas of deployment. But for those who are deployed, we will conduct an assessment once every three months. ”

“The purpose of this performance evaluation is to do two things, [first, to] determine whether the deployed frames are properly deployed, and [second, to provide] support where necessary. We cannot continue with comrades who cannot dismiss because of their shortcomings. ”
