A pastor, 30, who allegedly rapped young learners at his church was summoned to the Soshanguve Magistrate’s Court a second time.
During previous process he was released on bail, however, this time suspected church worker hasn’t faced his justice yet as the court postponed the case to February 8. According to a statement made on Friday, police continue to investigate additional circumstances around the crime.
The clergyman, whose name is kept in secret, sexually abused several minors and young men in 2015. As an argument of those actions, he told the victims that they were the “chosen one”:
“He said God had chosen me to be his (pastor) protector. He ‘anointed’ himself with oil all over his body and started kissing me while I was shocked. He then penetrated me,” said one of sufferers.
