Police have found R2.6 million which was buried

Limpopo Police Department have found a large amount of money. It is believed, that money was stolen by cash-in-transit security guards. They were arrested on Wednesday night in Ravele Riverside area.

According to police spokesperson Brigadier Motlafela Mojapelo, Banknotes were recovered from being buried in yards. Each of the suspects was found to have buried some of the money in their yards.

A third yard belonged to the mother of one of the suspects and she was taken in for questioning. The two guards were employed to collect cash from different companies, but took the money instead of making deposits.
